This was, BY FAR, one of the best movies I have ever seen. Well written, brilliantly acted, perfectly sequenced, and thoroughly terrifying - JUST as a horror movie should be: I jumped - I screamed out - I have goose bumps - my heart is beating a mile a minute. I have never seen anything like this before. I WILL be buying this on dvd. I'm still trembling from this film, and believe me, if I ever stay in a hotel that has more than 14 stories, I WILL not be staying anywhere near the 14th floor (which in most hotels, is actually the 13th floor). PEOPLE you have to see this film if you are a horror/thriller movie fan.
