Surprises come in all shapes. I had no idea that my roommate could cook. He made sauteed tilapia, covered with pan roasted red and green peppers with onions, spanish olives, garlic, and then finished with a thick coating of sharp feta cheese, then baked in the oven til the feta got toasty brown, accompanied with sweet potato fries and brown rice pilaf.....ended the meal with home made blueberry tartlets....YUMMY!!!!!!! Man, that was good!!!!! Lordy, I am so full!
