combine:

1 1/2 cups boiling water (preferably filtered)
1 Tbsp instant Dark Sipping Chocolate (I use Ghirardelli's)
1 scoop Trader Joe's instant Vanilla Chai
1/4 cup fresh brewed coffee (I used Rum Truffle Decaf from the Atlanta Farmer's Market - corner of P'tree Industrial and Chamblee-Tucker Rd. - some of the best coffee I have ever tasted)

Mix all four ingredients vigorously so it gets frothy, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon/nutmeg/cocoa - whatever is on hand, then pour mixture in a LARGE glass over lots of ice....this is what they must serve in Heaven's coffee houses.

(if it's after 12:00 noon, go ahead and add a splash of Kahlua.....YUMMY.)

I'm cheating. I was good all week (for the most part) so I'm having some of Trader Joe's Decaf Vanilla Chai (OMG, Haley, these chocodiles...these chocodiles, OMG, OMG these chocodiles, Haley, OMG - this is the best chai I have ever had. YUMMY!!!) and crunching on rice crackers wrapped in seaweed and wasabi fried peas......ok, not exactly a hot fudge sundae, but it will suffice (and satisfy my tummy grumbles). *grin*
